HypnotIQ keeps what would otherwise vanish with the window: sessions, decisions, lessons — and the files, repos and skills they touched. As a graph you can search and brief against.

On Windows step 1 falls away: run the .exe directly. Reversible at any time with hypnotiq uninstall — your data stays.

Three hooks keep the store current without you having to think about it. At session start Claude gets an orientation for the project — binding rules, what you last worked on. After every finished step and at session end, the work is written down.
Twelve MCP tools, among them search (survives typos), graph and briefing — the last returns everything needed to pick a piece of work back up, in a single call.

HypnotIQ has no server and no marginal cost, so nothing that runs on your machine is ever paywalled. What costs money is what costs us something to run — or what only means anything across a team.
Everything local. No quota, no expiry.
Across your machines — and it starts telling you things you did not ask.
One graph for the team, on your own infrastructure if you want.
Paid licences are a signed file, validated offline. No account, no phone-home, works on an aircraft and inside an air-gapped network. If a subscription lapses you keep the last version you paid for; only the hosted parts go quiet.
Everything lives in one SQLite file under ~/.hypnotiq/. No account, no sign-in, no network connection while running. Backing up means copying the file.
