One binary. No server, no port, no configuration.

Set up

  1. Download the binary and make it executable: 
    chmod +x hypnotiq-macos-arm64
mv hypnotiq-macos-arm64 /usr/local/bin/hypnotiq
  2. Set it up — registers the MCP server, installs the hooks and reads your existing transcripts: 
    hypnotiq init
  3. Start a new Claude Code session. Done.

On Windows step 1 falls away: run the .exe directly. Reversible at any time with hypnotiq uninstall — your data stays.

The string under each entry is the SHA-256 checksum. Verify with shasum -a 256 <file> or certutil -hashfile <file> SHA256.

What it does

Three hooks keep the store current without you having to think about it. At session start Claude gets an orientation for the project — binding rules, what you last worked on. After every finished step and at session end, the work is written down.

Twelve MCP tools, among them search (survives typos), graph and briefing — the last returns everything needed to pick a piece of work back up, in a single call.
